Stamping technology

Our experience in the production of precision contacts creates the basis for the high quality of our plug-in systems. Through a seamless quality process, we guarantee permanently stable processes. The large number of stamping and stamping/bending machines allows large quantities to be delivered in the shortest possible time and in the highest quality.

Clinching

A reliable connection technology without additional elements and without heat. The clinching process produces a press-button-like, interlocking connection between two or three layers of sheet metal in a cold forming process. This connection technology is particularly shock-resistant and process-safe.

Rectangular folding

Power contacts with rectangular folding form a contact cage that keeps the spring force stable over the entire life cycle. The contact shaft also offers high current carrying capacity with relatively low engaging forces.

Embossed chamfer

An embossed chamfer provides an optimal plug connection to the contact element without the usual edge and burr formation at the junctions. In industrial areas, the chamfer is preferably used for plug connections with high contact risk.

Press-in technology

A simple connection technology without additional elements and without heat! With our press-in technology, we connect turned, thermally drawn, and cold-rolled round contacts with stamping grid or contacts.
